The hotel is more worried...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I paid for a room with a view and spa tub in front of the window for my daughter’s 19th birthday. I paid way too much money for her to sit in the tub when she could’ve done that at home. When I spoke to someone at the front desk they said different views come with different perks although on your website it stated the room I got should’ve had the window with the spa tub. When I checked in I was told I had a 25 dollar voucher for food. I could use at either restaurant. I took my daughter to both. We sat at the rooftop was not able to use my credit. Ordered room service for state and lake told the girl who brought the food to my room. She said the credit will be used then the remaining balance would be charged to my card. Upon checkout I informed the lady at the front desk of that conversation. She then goes you can’t use the credit for room service even that was never stated by ANYONE. Couldn’t use it when we sat down at the rooftop. All around the experience was not a pleasant one and I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or colleagues

Liked: The bathroom was beautiful
Disliked: No microwave, No smart tv, the rules I was sent prior to attending about no balloons or rose petals to see rose petals leading out of someone else room.
