Never again!

Liked: Location.
Disliked: 1. Parking wasn’t free. 2. Toilet only flushed sometimes. 3. Shower head was a joke. 4. Room was too small. 5. Food was so so. 6. Price was ridiculous for this hotel.I should have stayed at a different hotel. There are lots of them to choose from, but the ratings swayed me.

It was an upscale place...

Liked: The grounds were beautiful. The infinity pool was lovely, as well as areas to lounge.
Disliked: The parking lot was one elevator, then you had to cross the plaza to get to a different elevator for the hotel.

Disappointed and frustrated with poor...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Staff was not helpful. They were dismissive and wouldn’t help us with our room. The bed was not finished properly. The bed was made with half of a bottom sheet so you can see the mattress cover. When asked for a bottom sheet they never came until my husband asked again. The associate Felix blew us off completely. I have stayed at the Thesis prior to it being a Hilton and it was fantastic. The downgrade is evident and disappointing.

Parking is outrageous, they don't...

Disliked: It stated that you had coffee machines in the room, when we arrived there was no machine. After we managed to get a machine the room attendant every day did not either refresh the coffee of leave cups. We had to call down to desk everyday and request.
