Great value for money providing...

Liked: Proximity to all tourist attractions, eateries, public spaces, grocery stores & petrol stations. Information shared by front desk staff upon requesting. Good cafe available right outside the property. Onsite parking available for cars.Kitchenette with cutlery, plates et all in room was convenient.
Disliked: Found huge alive cockroach in room, room did not smell fresh until all windows were opened to allow ventilation as if there was something in room that was causing it.Some of the furniture can do with upgrading, eg the dining table & chairs (without cushion).No safe deposit vault in room.Consider providing limited breakfast along with room charge.Should have a convenient way to contact housekeeping staff, in case required ( roaches in room at odd hour )

Perfect for our family

Liked: We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and this was absolutely perfect for my family and the reason we were in Rotorua. It was very clean, plenty of towels and extra pillows (sounds silly but these are things that are usually missing) however not for this place. Location was perfect ! Everything so close, easy access in and out. Great knowing we had our own carpark right infront of our unit.

Liked: Great location. It was easy to walk into town if you needed. The room set up was great and had everything you needed. Nice space to hang out at the end of a busy day.
Disliked: Was surprised that they took a $200 bond, as we didn't have a credit card. So be prepared for this if you are staying and don't have a credit card. It was back in our account after we checked out. The shower was a little annoying, changing temperature from hot to cold during the shower. Park was also a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, like a ute.

Liked: As mentioned in their description the place seems to be newly renovated. The place was clean, check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location was perfect for us to get to our planned spots as well.
Disliked: Nothing.
