Liked: We had the family suite. Size of the unit was generous. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Towels, linen and shower soaps were nice.

Liked: Very clean warm room with heat pump, good location with supermarkets and shops within walking distance, safe private parking. Despite having somewhat noisy people in the next room, we could hardly hear them in our room, only in the hallway.
Disliked: The strong smell in the rooms of the Rotorua smell, could put natural fragrance in the rooms. Price was a bit high for what it was, similar motels were equipped with a spa bath and jacuzzi for less (Winter stay). The loo paper is the thin cheap stuff, so fold it a few times to prevent smelly fingers lol. Bed is uncomfortable for heavier people (120kg), sinks down in the middle. Woke with a very sore back every morning.
