Liked: It was great besides the hotel room which needed much improvement and was dirty
Disliked: The hotel room which was a bit dirty as I woke up with a spider crawling on me , they could improve as well on there reception as they found it hard to understand me (English)

Great facilities, nudism is respectful...

Liked: The breakfast was great, it had everything I would have expected and more. Fruits, yogurts, sweets, nice bread. And everything was fresha and tasty!
Disliked: The restaurant is way overpriced for what it serves. The dinner was a real disappointment. After a whole day of relaxing to have someone cleaning and throwing cuttlery behind my back in a box, the very loud chatter of staff, no relaxing music, and not being allowed to sit on the terrace without a robe was bizzare. There is also lack of attention to how information is being presented. I have asked multiple times whether I needed to pay extra for the big swimming pool, and I was just told the prices about going into the SPA. I would have prepared better if I understood that the big pool is in the nudistic part. I might not have chosen to stay in the hotel if I knew there was an extra price for the SPA regardless of being a guest. This needs to be transparent to the customer and everyone is very secretive about the nudist part which is also unnecessary.

Liked: The breakfast was tasty with options for every taste.I really liked their beer!
Disliked: The room was too noisy. You could hear everything from the corridor until 2am. And the giggles from other rooms. I was supposed to relax but that didn't happen.The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very bad. They could have added two pillows per person as per the usual. The showers had only shower rain option and it was difficult to just shower without washing your hair. They could have provided us with shower caps.

Not the place to stay...

Disliked: Our room was located across the parking lot from the main building, making it very inconvenient to access any of the hotel's facilities, especially with children.- The rooms are poorly insulated. We could clearly hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms, which was disruptive.- The hotel's facilities were outdated and in clear need of maintenance.- The hotel did not feel welcoming for children. It was apparent that neither other guests nor the hotel staff were pleased by the presence of kids, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for our family.
