Theatrino Hotel

We would rather stay in...

Liked: Theatrino Hotel is in a quiet part of Prague, not in the middle of touristy streets. It is very easy to reach by public transportation, only two tram stations away from the main station. The trams are available even on holidays very often and only a few steps from the hotel. And the front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. They listened to and understood our complaints and reacted positively.
Disliked: The hotel is unfortunately a bit run down, but apparently will be renovated in the fall. There were some heater noises in our room due to the age of the building. The doors, windows and bathrooms will also profit from the renovation for sure. The breakfast is quite average and the coffee is not very good.

Liked: Beautiful building, charming old theatre turned into a hotel with very clean and generous rooms, very comfortable beds, big windows, balcony. Fun cocktail bar! It was good service, especially from Yuriy who helped us. The location is convenient, near tram stop and a lovely park.

Disliked: The first room they gave us was not what we booked. It was way worse than what we thought. Then we asked them to change it, and they changed it a day after. The second one was better, but not worth what we paid.

Liked: Yuriy at the reception was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and full of great suggestions.The hotel is just a minute from the tram, which gets you to the city center in 6 minutes—or you can enjoy a scenic walk instead. I really enjoyed my stay!

Liked: Great location with some cool little bars nearby, amazing staff, especially Yuriy on reception who made us feel at home and was very welcoming.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, but when staying for a few days, I would prefer a bit more variety. The staff was very kind, and overall, we had a great stay. The location was perfect—just a few tram stops from the Old Town and there are plenty of great spots nearby for breakfast, dinner, and beer.
Disliked: At first, we were given a room right next to the elevator, so it was quite noisy and we could hear everyone using it. However, the staff was kind enough to offer us a different room, which I really appreciated.
