Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, excellent location
Disliked: Too much noise from the elevators going up and down, compared to all the positive aspects a minor detail however

It was great value in...

Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great. The breakfast was excellent! Value was great for money. I love that they cater for gluten free and/or vegan guests as well!
Disliked: The room is a little dated, but still nice and clean. The coffee could also be better :)

Superb

Liked: The location, breakfast and the service.
Disliked: The water didn’t drain properly. The remote for tv didn’t work. These things are small but your housekeepers should pay attention and report to you so you can fix it. However, overall I would recommend your hotel and would come back.
