Liked: Very convenient. High value for money. Clean, great staff, and perfectly located near Victoria station.
Disliked: My room was perfect for a single person (would be too tight for more than one individual).

Great value , great location...

Liked: Super Location. Booked purely due to its proximity to Hyde Park where we’d been at a concert. Great reception area and just right for a low-ish cost base in central London.

Liked: We loved the location.
Disliked: The small size of the room, the height of the bed, nowhere to put your suitcase. A fold down rack would have been incredibly useful. The water was too hot.

Exceptional

Liked: The helpful and friendly staff and the provision of nibbles in the afternoon. Quite delicious.

Liked: Good location, comfy bed, good bathroom - good price for solo room
Disliked: Only thing I would note is the duvet was slightly stained otherwise most of the room was clean

Liked: Perfect location, right opposite Victoria Station making it particularly good for people arriving late at night. Staff were fantastic. Room very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room a little too small, however I was a solo traveller and had requested a single room. It would most probably be a bigger room for 2 people . Overall the room did suit me perfectly since I was only staying for 1 night.
