Liked: hotel is in a great location very close to victoria station & the staff are always very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I've stayed here before but the room i was given this time was tiny (ive always booked the same room type) the room was also poorly layout (tv on outside wall so you'd keep hitting it when walking by also be aware you can hear the underground trains go under the room every few minutes until around 12am & from 6am so bring earplugs of youre a light sleeper

Liked: The room is slightly tight for two people. Other than that, there are a lot of plus points: The location is superb. Breakfast is a WOW—really value for the money, and it sets our day right from the morning each day. Coffee made by the staff was super good, and the kebab toast service was also a nice surprise. There is a nice ambience at the entrance, and there is space for work at the entrance (a good alternative if you can't work in the room).

Liked: The location was excellent, checking in was quick and easy. The facilities were great, the shower was powerful. Overall it was a great stay
Disliked: The shower was dripping a bit and there was patch work done on the back of the door with bits of dirt on it but other then that it was very clean

Lovely clean and friendly hotel...

Liked: Very comfortable night's sleep in a quiet downstairs room. The location was perfect for our overnight stay and the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate me in my wheelchair. Everywhere was very clean. We were very thankful for the air conditioning on such a hot weekend. The reception/breakfast room was a beautiful light and airy space and the breakfast buffet included a good selection of food and drink choices.. Would recommend and would definitely stay again..
Disliked: The room was quite small for a double room and also had very little storage space for our bags. On the other hand, there were other room options available. The lovely shower, very comfortable bed and quiet room made up for that.
