Liked: The Z was in a great position. The staff all very helpful and cheerful..
Disliked: The room was very compact. It was clean but a little tired.The bed was up against the window wall. It was very hard, so not very comfortable for us.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Very rude staff on check out blaming us for going in an area we shouldn't have done when the cleaners let us out into that area meaning we were stuck for a while of how to exit the building without setting off the fire alarm then to be told quite abruptly that it was basically our own fault and we should have just waited for the lift (all we did was ask if there was any stairs and the cleaner let us out the doors to the stairs)

Liked: It was very good, however I didn't like the shower and toilet being glass and in the room, felt a little lack of privacy when using the toilet. People can hear u as it was just glass partitions and not a solid wall
Disliked: Toilet and shower in room being just a glass partition. Not so much the shower but the toilet should be housed in a solid walled enclosure
