Excellent value for money hotel

Liked: Very clean, very central and modern.We slept well, no noise at all.We had a nice breakfast too. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was to stay there!

Liked: Staff were polite and very friendly. Great location surrounded by eateries and activities. Genuinely a clean hotel. Having sky tv in the bedroom was a massive plus aswell which helped make it a home from home.
Disliked: Beds weren’t comfortable whatsoever. Mattress was harder than the floor and the pillows were so soft that your head was on the bed more than a pillow. Lots of dust all over the floors could have been the fact that was wooden floors so can’t be helped to much.

Fantastic location, clean room and...

Liked: Hotel was in a fantastic location, extremely central to all the main locations you want to visit in Bath- A 2/3 minute walk to the Baths, Abbey, Main shopping district etc.. I would definitely book this hotel for a short break again.
Disliked: Would have preferred a window that opened if I was visiting in the Summer with a view looking out over the front of the hotel, as opposed to a brick wall.

Amazing stay, great location and...

Liked: Very clean, the staff is very polite and helpful, the best people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel is also at the center of everything we wanted to see so it turned out perfectly!
Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable and too fluffy
