Charming Comfort in the Heart...

Liked: It's a hidden gem in the heart of the city, just steps from the Abbey. Despite its compact size, the room is brilliantly designed to maximize space without making you feel cramped. The thoughtful amenities, like a variety of teas, coffee, and even hot chocolate, add a cozy touch to your stay. The room’s setup is practical yet inviting, offering everything you need for a restful night. I slept exceptionally well on the firm mattress, which was perfect for my preference. While I was fortunate to have a window, I imagine the experience would still be just as comfortable without it. The incredibly friendly and helpful staff at the front desk truly elevate the experience, making the stay even more pleasant.
Disliked: My only critique is that I wish the TV were on the opposite side of the bed; I would have loved to have the headboard facing the window to enjoy the view.

Liked: The location is perfect if you're visiting Bath. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Prices for staying at the hotel are competetive for the standard of room.
Disliked: The room layout of our specific room we stayed in and lighting of it

Liked: Location was fabulous! Spotlessly clean, and comfortable. A small room but with absolutely everything needed. Has a cafe and bar below. Right in the centre of town, but quiet. Normally great value but more expensive on my trip due to it being a festival weekend!
Disliked: Windows are frosted and don’t open, but aircon is quiet and good. Not possible to have the room completely dark to sleep, as low lights stay on, making the room very light.
