Great stay for the price

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfy. They have Sky Sports and TNT on the TV’s. Shower was good. All seems to be pretty high spec with automatic blinds etc. Great location in the centre of Bath, not too far from Bath Abbey.
Disliked: Rooms are small box rooms, interior designed to fit as many rooms in as possible but if you don’t mind that, great place to stay.

Great value modern stay in...

Liked: It’s central, cheap and modern. The staff are friendly and although the rooms are super compact, they’re really clean and have everything you need. We loved the cheese and wine in the evening too.
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing

Disliked: Very tiny room, no view at all, room facing a wall, a little window that could not be opened, the absence of fresh, open air, the constant noise of the AC: all this we disliked. Furthermore, no place to put one's luggage. The person sleeping on the side of the window had to perform athletic exercise to find his or her place in bed. No car parking at the hotel, and public parking is quite expensive at Bath - Since cars of foreigners are not recognized by the system, foreigners always pay a high rate. This was not what we expected when we booked after having read some guests' reviews.

Tiny hotel nestled in the...

Liked: I loved that there were different lighting options in the room, my room had no window so I was grateful for the different brightness in the lights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, not just for me but for other hotel stayers too! I’m only sad I didn’t get anyone’s names, as everyone was so friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and and even shorter walk to some lovely local bakeries and sight seeing spots. I love that the rooms are cleaned every 2 days to reduce environmental impact, sometimes it’s just not necessary to have the room cleaned everyday!
Disliked: My room had been cleaned, but I did notice a seal from a previous guest’s toiletries, it was on the floor just next to the toilet, which did have me second guessing how clean the room was, but it was only minor. Maybe some assistance on arrival for those who don’t have window rooms on how to use the air con system would also be helpful.
