The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Liked: Great location. Heavy construction going on outside and staff kindly moved our room. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Bar/restaurant open late (for the area) and all waitstaff were fantastic.

Liked: Because of the unpredictable weather we invited Toronto friends to dinner at "Signatures. Lovely table, yummy meal beautifully presented. Exceptional server (Yurii). A perfect quiet evening of conversation.
Disliked: Given the scale of the diningroom (high ceiling, stark furnishings, neutral colours) I would suggest engaging a garden consultant to advise on plant/tree arrangements to provide suitably scaled living decor. When there are few guests the space tends towards barren and graphic plants would offer some "softness (the table florals eg baby anthuriums were rather "modest and insipid").

Liked: Excellent location near the university. We got a city pass and had close access to metro and good restaurants. Area felt safe all the time and parking under the hotel was super easy and affordable!

Liked: I’ve stayed at the hotel before and they have rooms facing an inner court yard and rooms facing north looking at residential dwellings, so although it’s in the middle of the city on Bloor, you can have the most fabulously quiet room!!! There are lots of amenities in the hotel, breakfast buffet, and the most amazing Clubhouse sandwiches available in the restaurant and the bar
