The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Disliked: Not a breakfast Buffet..but the food was delicious We had to wait a bit longer on the first day because the table was not ready yet

Liked: Spacious, two bathrooms in the suite which is very convenient, and very good location
Disliked: You need to get water from the reception every time, very bad practice. Cleanliness can be improved a lot, and rooms are not well maintained, popped up wallpaper, loose nobs and handles.. TV is very old and does not allow streaming or conne tions to Aya devices. And finally, some reception staff particularly in the evening are not friendly and borderline snobby.

Liked: All the Royal Sonestas are incredible but I really enjoyed my stay at the one in Toronto. It was perfectly located in the wonderful area of Yorkville. Would stay again.
Disliked: The fact that we can’t cast any of our own streaming platforms and YouTube on the tv.
