The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Liked: Location was perfect for us. The restaurant served good breakfast. All the personnel were nice and helpful. Our room was clean. We had a wonderful stay as a family.
Disliked: We had a disappointing experience with a room service. My teenage child made an order. One hour later I had to call myself to remind them about the order. They explained that it was some kind of communication mistake with the reception desk and the order will be delivered soon. And it was. The guy who brought it apologized again and said that he added a complimentary bottle of Evian water to the order. Later when we checked the bill we saw that water bottle was INCLUDED in the bill!
