The perfectly tailored, clean cut, handsome, French accented concierges who, unlike most Canadians, consistently pronounced my name correctly made this hotel experience well worth the cost. I immediately took note of the pristine condition of the entire hotel. I felt comfortable and at home. Great location, beautiful view, amenities as far as the eye can see! You will enjoy your stay here :)

Liked: The location of the facility was great and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The internet was horrible, the pool so small same depth and not conducive for kids, no hot top option, the smart tv option is limited, the reception hall is small, even though we paid for breakfast as part of the package but was still charge extra.

A fine hotel in a...
Liked: The hotel location is ideal near the university sites. It is just opposite the Royal Ontario Museum.The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. They have a-la-carte breakfast menu that is really good.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the mini bar in the room was not active. They blamed Covid, but we were way passed that excuse. And there was no complimentary drinks (not even water) supplied in the room.The hotel's bar closes early.

Liked: The room was clean and plenty of room. Bathroom clean. The location was perfect. Staff friendly.
Disliked: We booked two rooms. The rooms had NO air conditioning, we traveled in February but the rooms were still very hot at night. The fridge in the rooms do not work and that's a big problem for a family. No mini bar also. Valet was not outside at any point to take your car, you have to come in and ask the front desk to find them for you to park the car.The Resturant we did not try, but it didn't look like something we would try.
