All good until I wanted...

Liked: could have the phone on charge while I was in bed
Disliked: A Dunny brush with dags on it!

Staff very helpful in sorting...

Liked: Excellent hotel clean warmExcellent helpful staff all round ready to go the extra mile to make the stay nice
Disliked: No problems at all

I needed to stay for...

Liked: I was told that there was no breakfast included!
Disliked: Breakfast was not included for some reason!

Basic Stay

Liked: It was in a good location
Disliked: I wasn't happy that I got asked to switch rooms on arrival because they had accidentally put me into the wrong room and I had to pack all my things up and swap. However I did have a choice of two different style rooms one with only a bath and the other with a shower. The rooms are very dated and need TLCThe bed was hard and the TV didnt work, one of the staff eventually got it working after some effort .

Carpet was a bit grubby...

Wouldn't stay again

Disliked: They asked me to pay on arrival, which I'd already paid back in June. The hotel owed us money for a refund as they said they had a leak and no other rooms so instead of us having 3 rooms we used 2. They weren't able to give me the refund on the day it was all very confusing. We got told we'd have a free round of drinks for the confusion this never happened. Then while we stayed their my car got broken into ans Christmas presents for my children stolen. No one seemed bothered. Police have been informed and I'm trying to sort cctv
