Liked: Location, morning staff were friendly, value for money. Good breakfast
Disliked: Staff hanging around the reception area (3) in the evening. Not bringing cutlery or napkins when you have ordered a pizza

Disliked: Room attendance, had to ask for milk coffee replacement & rubbish bin emptying. Always replaced when requested.

Disliked: Awful room, dirty carpets, mouldy window frames and to top it off a mattress that had collapsed making sure of a terrible night sleep.

Disliked: Sink inside room and not inside toilet, and it was too small to use to fill up the kettle properly. Bar was advertised to stay open until 11 but the three night we were there they were calling last orders around 9:30. But then the music seemed to go louder once we left the bar, after last orders (we heard it from the room - all three nights).
