Liked: The place is very clean - the ladies that do the cleaning work very hard. One of the manager's was understanding of our unhappiness about the rooms and said she would try to get us a refund but couldn't guarantee it. She was kind and for that I'm grateful.
Disliked: We had no idea we would not be in the main building but in an adjacent subpar building. There was smoking on the premises, there were sorry looking flower pots with no flowers, the rooms looked into a parking lot. The rooms are small and overpriced - we paid almost 400 for each room because it was a holiday weekend. The radio was broken in our room, my daughter's room had no way to lock from the inside, the ironing board was completely broken and fell on her feet, the iron leaked water, there was a strange looking cabinet that held an ancient a/c, the beds were uncomfortable. There were also a couple of rooms that clearly had people that lived in them permanently. You can see the little bench next to my daughter's room -that's where a man would sit and smoke. On the second floor,where we were, there was a man who always wore the same clothes and would just sit on one of the benches staring into nothing or looking at his phone. I have to say they were polite whenever we passed and wished them a good day. Normally I don't care as long as people are not threatening or mind their business. However, over $300 a night - no, I don't want to stay in a motel where people are living full time. Overall, a terrible experience.

Liked: The ability to walk around outside. The chairs by the pond were a special treat. We even saw a bunny!

Liked: Peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing! Perfect place!
Disliked: Nothing!

The hotel was decent probably...

Liked: The property appeared to be well kept and the continental breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The hotel room appeared damp, and it had a bit of a smell. One of the mattresses also felt lopsided.
