We were greeted warmly and...

Liked: The woman on the desk showed us around, especially to the rooms with fireplace and hot tub. She was professional and gracious. And obviously likes working there.

Superb

Liked: Remodeled room was large and nicely furnished.
Disliked: Still under construction. Slight smell of sheetrock mud.

Inconsiderate management

Liked: I had an accident in the property in February because tgey did not plow or de iced tge roads. I ended up in the emergency room with a concussion. I was nice enough to ask Management to pay for my medical expenses ($150 co pay), but they never paid! I was shocked at their cheapness and lack of consideration. I could have syed them, but instead I politely added them, but I got no response.Not nice people!Very dissapointing
Disliked: Lack of concern for well going of gyests

The location was perfect because...

Liked: Our place was very clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff out did themselves. We'll be back!

Overall a good experience except...

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The heating unit was noisy and would run for a minute or 2, then stop for about 4 minutes and then on again. This was non stop all night. I kept me up for a while one night until i finally turned it off

Liked: This is my second time in this hotel and I will come back again in the future. Room is clean, breakfast is good and staff are helpful and accommodating.
