We will definitely go back!

Liked: So much fun, over the top facilities!! The hotel and room were beautiful and sooo comfortable. The staff was attentive, kind, and very efficient. Great coffee shop attached. So accommodating, whatever we needed, it was provided.
Disliked: We loved everything!

Exceptional

Liked: We appreciated the unique character of the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location for walking around Missoula.
Disliked: The rates were quite high. I feel they have dynamic pricing. It was a busy weekend in Missoula so I am sure they took advantage of this.

Definitely hope to stay again

Liked: The room was clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Right downtown in the walking area and within walking distance to the university as well. We had our dog, and we were so grateful to find a pet-friendly place to have our dog. The staff was super helpful and friendly when we checked in. We hope to stay again.
Disliked: Having a small fridge in the room would be helpful and maybe a hotpot or coffee maker, though there was good coffee available in the lobby in the morning, which was super wonderful.
