staff really friendly, food was...

Liked: we stayed overnight as we wanted to eat at the restaurant and not have to worry about driving back home
Disliked: The room could do with a little make over, cracked sink, broken toilet seat, it's an old building so there are bound to be some things that need fixing,

Exceptional

Liked: The restaurant, the staff and the Indian dinner. The bedroom which met my every need.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Excellent staff, lovely bar and food in restaurant was lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable

Liked: Nice warm welcome. Room was clean and fresh.
Disliked: Just had toast and coffee for breakfast. Looked over the opposite table. The full English didn't look very nice. So didn't order one.

Liked: Close to Chepstow. Lots of parking spaces.
Disliked: I was only offered a fry up for breakfast which was no good for me (completing a running race) so I had to go and buy my own breakfast. The walls must've been thin, as I could hear the people and their tv next door (luckily I was already awake).

Liked: Quiet location, excellent Nepalese restaurant, comfortable bed, friendly service from one waitress
Disliked: Room a bit shabby and could be cleaner. Damaged furniture and unsafe socket by bed. No bedside lights and very poor light in bathroom. Male staff lacked good spoken English and upbeat hospitality skills.
