The hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept. The people are friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend staying there if you don't go to the bar area. It is understaffed and not run well at all.
Liked: The hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The people were very nice and professional.
Disliked: The bar was terrible. It took way too long to get a drink and they were way overpriced. Also, no one was available to wait on guests sitting outside on the patio. We had to go into the bar to get served. I would not recommend the bar to anyone.

Best lodging for walkers in...
Liked: Parking garage skywalk connected to the hotel allows free parking if you don't want to pay the high fee for valet or self park at the hotel front parking.

We love how close we...
Liked: We were on the Concierge Floor and it was awesome being able to wake up and take advantage of the breakfast which was excellent!
Disliked: We put our check out door card in the lobby drop box and did not know you had to have it to get out of the parking garage. (we self parked) We were told when we checked in we could put in the box in the lobby or the parking box drop off. When we were leaving, my husband had to come back inside (frustrated) and secure a temporary card just to get out after he attempted to leave the parking garage. It made our valet with our luggage have to wait with our belongings twice the time he would have as well as creating a bit of an aggravation for us.

Disliked: The Staff I spoke with, didn't know enough about the surrounding area to recommend restaurants or entertainment in the local area, did not know about the time the boat ran or where I could get on the boat, etc.
