Worst place we stayed at...

Liked: Shogun Japanese Steakhouse was excellent - staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was tiny - hot - dirty. Arrived on one of the hottest days and the staff had not turned on the air conditioning nor had they closed the blinds so the sun was beating in. Television didn't work the whole time we were there. Went to the Crescenzo's Brick Oven Eatery and Espresso Bar- no one waited on us. There wasn't any air conditioning in either restaurant nor in the hallways going to them. It is not a friendly place for people with mobility issues. Multiple sets of steep stairs to any of the public areas. Didn't get breakfast due to the distance you had to travel and no air conditioning. Checkout person was not friendly nor helpful.

Liked: I have been staying here for many years , when it was owned by the Kornfeld family . I was hoping nothing changed when new management took over and it has not thankfully .

Awesome hotel with beautiful grounds.

Liked: Breakfast was great both days. The outdoor pool was full of particles from the surrounding trees by the time I arrived and was still in the same condition the next morning at breakfast however the indoor pool was clean. Both beds in the room were comfortable and it was clean.
Disliked: The outdoor pool wasn't cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: I like everything about this Hotel the staff was friendly and the outdoor deck was nice. One bar was closed but the other restaurant and bar was good. Japanese steakhouse was nice as well.
Disliked: I didn't like the Air conditioner in room was out dated. Half the room was cool and the half hot. This was maybe the only issue .
