Loved it!

Liked: Beautiful building and interior, all tastefully decorated for Christmas. Warm professional welcome. Lovely ground floor room as requested, quiet, warm, roomy, and well fitted out. Cans of water were perfect. Beds amazing, and the little lounge by 309 was lovely, with coffee too! Again, decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious, both the continental and the cooked, all the seeds and fruits were excellent. GF well catered for too. My only negative, is not enough disabled parking, and spaces are too narrow. Struggled a bit. Zeus is a cuddly bonus!
Disliked: As above re disabled parking.

Nice place with a few...

Liked: Nice surroundings and warm room
Disliked: Bar prices are extortionate- 1 pint of Guiness and a double bacardi and coke = £20.60!Breakfast very slow and disorganised service, waited over 20 minutes for toast and then only one round arrived, a further 10 minutes for the other onePillows far too hard, very uncomfortable Soap dispenser leaking all over the side of the bath, overflow in sink was filthy

Even with the small niggles,...

Liked: Such good value for money. Great continental breakfast selection and hot food cooked to order. Dinner the night before was great, glass of Prosecco £7.20-very reasonable. Our room was in a courtyard just off the main building, good size. Toiletries in the bathroom were Molton Brown. Cans of still water provided in room-never seen before. Staff were exceptional.
Disliked: Room was quite warm at night even with the window opened. Would have liked a top sheet on the bed. Stone steps from carpark quite steep.

A family visit.

Liked: Location perfect for visiting family in Pershore.Excellent breakfast, although some of the staff were not very welcoming or attentive.
Disliked: Our room 415 in Pear tree mews was close to a corridor door and we were woken early by other guests who were up earlier than us.

Great Historical venue with loads...

Liked: The room was spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. With a large bed which was very comfortable, especially the soft pillows. Good complimentary coffees and teas and biscuits, as well as the Molton Brown shower/hand wash and shampoo. A view would have been a nice addition, but we felt it was of reasonable value overall.
Disliked: The breakfast offerings were fairly standard, nothing surprising really, Cereals ok, yoghurt and berries plus cheese and meats. The pastries were disappointing as well as my full English breakfast, which was minimal in its size and range. The coffee was also disappointing, having little flavour and it wasn't really strong enough. In the evening we had pre dinner drinks at the bar area when we asked for a cocktail from the bar menu, we were shocked by the delay in receiving the drinks and realised that the bar staff could not locate a cocktail shaker for the drink and also missed out a key ingredient of the cocktail. When we were seated for dinner I chose a Sea Bass dish with clams, only to be served (to my disappointment) the dish with mussels instead, Without any warning!! Unfortunately the staff do not pay attention to the details, which are most important.

Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Beautiful buildings and setting, with well manicured gardens. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Good was very good value and tasty. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. I would definitely recommend a stay, or even just a meal here.
Disliked: Only complaint would be the hard pillows.
