Disappointing!

Liked: Location was lovely
Disliked: Shower was broken - we could not adjust the temperature. Headboard had thick dust.Went into the bar to get a drink / speak about these issues and member of staff had no interest. Served us whilst continuing his conversation with his friend! So we left.Partner worked at 03:00-07:00. Check out was 11am. At 9am housekeepers knocked on the door and woke us and wanted to get into the room. They then sat chatting loudly the other side of the window (on the terrace) waiting for us to get up, dressed and leave the room!

Liked: We loved the decor and the lay out inside and out bathroom was a decent size location was alright didn't see no staff at all
Disliked: I loved staying here the only thing we found was the odd bit of dust n cobwebs and garden area needed a little tidy up apart from that we will be back again thank u

Disliked: I don’t think upgrading to a kitchenette was worth the upgrade when I made two bookings and the other room was more spacious

Liked: Fantastic accommodation in a convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice try, but not something...

Liked: Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, accompanied with plenty of showers soaps tea and living necessities. A lot of effort had been put into the decor of the room, although the mirror and chrome look night not be to eveyones taste. Checking in was a very slick on the phone operation and worked well - no humans involved, at the property.
Disliked: The room was very small even for one person, with a tiny shower room and even tinier sink, with push taps that just do not work well. I hit my head twice on the clothes hook on the shower door, things were so close (however I'm 6'5"). All of my grumps were trivial to the big issue of noise. The room window (and the only ventalition on a very warm couple of days) faced the round-about into Oulton village and there was seriously heavy traffic grinding through from 7am to 10pm.
