Disappointing

Liked: The staff and check-in information were very helpful.
Disliked: Their standard double bedroom was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory. The main issue was the bed — it was barely a double and, more importantly, very uncomfortable. One side of the bed, which was placed against the wall, seemed slightly collapsed.The room and bathroom were both very small, which was manageable for a one-night stay. However, there were several spider webs on the walls, and the duvet did not appear very clean.As an added inconvenience (though not the hotel’s fault), guests in the room next door were repeatedly slamming their door between 2 and 3 am which made it difficult to get proper rest.Overall, they definitely need to improve the condition of the room we stayed in.

Liked: Location was okay, bed was comfortable but small. no signage to around area to help find it.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than it seemed on the site. The bathroom was tiny and toilet/water system was really loud waking each other when using bathroom etc. No cooling system meaning window needed to be open which would be fine except outside was really loud from the road, trains and punters for pub below.
