Liked: Location is very central to where I needed to be. Check-in instructions clear. However I left within 10 minutes of check in as the place is dire
Disliked: I didn't feel safe. The lock on my room door was unstable. The room was unclean and tiny. If that was a double deluxe, I would hate to see the standard double room. No staff around to speak to!

Liked: It was clean , comfortable and the situation close to the Winter Gardens and waterfront was excellent. The host was friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to organise a fan for the room as it was hot. Breakfast was plentiful.

Disliked: Absolutely awful. First of all we got there and we did not get the apartment we got a room. When I questioned this the woman said booking.com Absolutely awful. When I questioned this the woman said booking.com fault and refused to give me my money back, She was shouting constantly saying don't understand no money. Double booking. After 2.5 hours shouting and scarring my dog. My husband said we are going to complain to booking.com and walked away we go a call from the owner of the property who sail to me first no money back but then my husband went on the phone to her and she said she would give us our money back. This woman who said she had no money gave us our money back and told fault and refused to give me my money back, She was shouting constantly saying don't understand no money. Double booking. After 2.5 hours shouting and scarring my dog. My husband said we are going to complain to booking.com and walked away we go a call from the owner of the property who sail to me first no money back but then my husband went on the phone to her and she said she would give us our money back. This woman who said she had no money gave us our money back and told us to go and leave. So we need up coming home not seeing blackpool at all with 260 miles on the clock on the car. And 50.00 wasted in petrol. Oh yes there was another person complaining they had 5he wrong room there too.

Great little find of a...
Liked: I loved the help ya self buffet in reception . It helped keep costs down of u trip. The staff was lovely. The location was perfect for the Oprah house and under a ten min walk to the sea front. The city center and shopping mall was just at the end of the road. The pleasure beach was also a walkable distance. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Disliked: Some of the other guests was a bit noisy into the night. And I personally would have loved a fan in the room, but that's because it was a heat wave when I went
