Good

Liked: The location was good. This is not a 5 star hotel so if you're expecting perfection then pay for a 5 star. It suited our needs while we were there.
Disliked: We were in the library room which was right next to the reception so in the morning we could hear everything that was being said at breakfast.

Disliked: Horrendous stay the place is dangerous and will be reported to trading standards. Telly fell off the wall hung dangerous there a leak down the wall.Wall is moving Telly fell off the wall hitting me and gave me a electric shock totally disgusted with the owner no emergency number no one answer phone

Liked: Fantastic location! So handy for the winter gardens. Lovely to have 24 hr breakfast too. Cheap and cheerful.
Disliked: Curtains would have been most appreciated in the bedroom! Blinds didn't keep any light out so ended up having to use an eye mask.

Liked: Valerie's excellent welcome, her kindness, her help in case of problems and the perfect location of the hotel. 2 min walk from Wintergarden and city center. welcome, response to requests and tranquility of the room
Disliked: Nothing to say, everything was in order.

Awful dismal and it needs...

Liked: The location was fine it was only continental brekfast we choose not to have the dinning area didn’t look clean at all
Disliked: The shower overflowd there was some blinds missing off the window paint chipped off most of the paintwork and generally a drab place to stay would not recommend anyone to stay there certainly not worth the price
