Very good

Overpriced and reviews not accurate
Liked: Proximity to attractions and beach front
Disliked: I normally would be very reluctant to write a bad review , but in this case I feel it’s warranted . We chose this place as it was the middle priced accommodation in par price wise with Blackpool FC Radisson ! The reviews were all very complimentary as well and rated Good. Do not be fooled . No way is it worth the price . I am sure there are much nicer places . I do not have OCD but it needed a good clean! Drawer fronts missing too .

A little thoughtful tweeking with...
Liked: Location and staff were very good
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress springs poking through. Pillows very thin and need replacing. Also synthetic quilt very thin. If if were the winter we would have been cold.

Great location and comfortable room
Liked: Location was fab for us and the room was comfortable and clean and on the ground floor which was a definite plus.
Disliked: Would prefer curtains as the blinds didn't stop the light one little bit so was awake by 6am every day but it's a minor really

Location excellent, cheap, more like...
Liked: The location was fantastic as it was just at the side of the Winter Gardens in central Blackpool. I liked that I was on the ground floor with the dog as there was only one door near my door. The TV in the room was a good size and was able to get a lot of channels with no interference. The heating came on morning and evening and the shower had a decent flow and kept at temperature. 10/10 for TV & shower. The room was basic and tired looking and looked like it had been done by a DIY enthusiast rather than a professional. The room was clean and size was ok. It was £10 for the dog to stay and seemed to have a relaxed approach regarding the dog. We had WIFI in the room which was nice. Breakfast was continental, I liked it had individual cereals. butters, jams etc. Would have been nicer if there was proper dining tables rather than a few garden style tables. The host was helpful when leaving by carrying bags out. The price was cheap, so I wasn't expecting the Ritz, If you want a cheap place to stay, close to the centre, then its ok. They let me check in earlier than specified so that made things easier.
Disliked: There was no host on arrival, though we had communicated a few hours before through Whats App for the key card details, so no problem. There was a kettle in the room, but to get water in it was a hassle as it wouldn't fit in the sink, needed a water bottle or something as using your mug every time would be annoying, The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, nor did the fan in the bathroom. (wasn't really a big deal for me)Didn't get hair dryer in room, but was one available at reception if you ask.The breakfast was okay, but the stock wasn't restocked daily, ran out of yogurts after 1st morning and didn't get restocked whilst I was there. Didn't have variety of milk by 3rd day. There was fruit available but not much variety- only bananas and apples. There was one type of cheese and prepacked croissants, I didn't have any of those but were available.
