Liked: Great location and cozy room.
Disliked: The hot water took forever to get hot in the shower (bathroom sink water never did get warm) and the toilet only fully flushed half the time.

Loved the Winston. It’s beautiful...

Liked: Size, cleanliness, beautiful place!
Disliked: The ‘no one on the property’ was new. Never heard of it before. Was different but no complaints at all although it felt a little eerie. Didn’t see anyone there, not even other guests.

Liked: Very spacious, Very nice room, great location.
Disliked: Water pressure in bathroom sink very low, may be because of Calif regulations. Elevator carpet needs changing

Liked: The reception was friendly and check-in was seamless, rooms were spacious and clean. The property was in an excellent location. And best of all, pet friendly :-)

Liked: Secure property, convenient to local, rooms are spacious, WONDERFUL shower! The staff is excellent & accommodating, especially Marcy, she is an absolute jewel. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Cannot say an ill-word about The Winston.
