Liked: Food was very good but the staff left a lot to be desired. Very standoffish. No personality at all.

Liked: Breakfast was busy a bit faulty towers food was average
Disliked: Coach your bus started at 0600 in car park passengers embarking from 0700 - 0800 too much noise in car park Balcony was ok however ashtray was not emptied

Adequate but would not stay...

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Beds uncomfy, noisy corridors throughout the night, alarms going off, dust on skirting boards, wardrobe and top of lights. Designer of sink made it look scratched so very off putting, carpet could do with a better hoover as edges and under desk not hoovered properly. Bed not that comfy. Stains on cushions and seat coverings. I assume not washed often. Smell of cooking oil.

Great country hotel to relax...

Liked: A great place for some R&R. It is a beautifully decorated country hotel and has really spacious rooms. The restaurant and food are really good and value for money.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: More beer on offer we ended up going to other hotel, rush to clean up when tribute night was still on one member of staff bumped into my 83 year old dad and nearly took him off his feet and he got a fright she walk on and left him after saying sorry this could have been worse and all to get away early, total waste of money very unhappy.
