Disliked: Sower head was held up with a plastic clip and couldn’t be moved. Room key was cancelled three times.

Disliked: En suite so small and grubby with a poor shower and a dangerously hot towel rail on no way to switch it off.Bar staff very dour.

Excellent, a very lovely stay

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and food was delicious
Disliked: It would help if the hotel would have a good taxi contact recommendation to help with transfers.

Disliked: Obviously an old building so noise insulation not like.modern builds, but earplugs resolved this.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great food.

A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: The food was very good, we had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and service was excellent even though they were busy.
Disliked: The shower tray and bathroom floor were extremely slippery so a non slip mat in the showers would be a good idea.
