This hotel was beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Everything is close by especially the food and Wawa.

Liked: I like that the front dest personnel are nice. Friendly. The location was amazing. The gym was nice.
Disliked: I arrived and looked at my room. Then I saw dust flying in the air from the vents counters, very sticky and bathroom mirrors and lamps full of dust. I took pictures. Which triggered my allergies and asthma.was not happy. They changed my room the next day twice. Each room was the worst bad carpets and rusty bathtubs.

Liked: Fantastic massive room and comfortable big bed. Had a kitchen with cooker microwave toaster etc and a fridge and freezer. Big room for clothes storage with hangers and a staff box. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pub next door as well which was good too. Very clean. Most sites were in walking distance as well and train station isn’t to far away either.

I will NEVER go back...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a room for one night through a third party and got upgraded. A couple of days prior to our trip, we added one more night. The reason was that I went through a whole day at the hospital with a short break, and I wanted to go back to the hotel to get some rest.When we arrived at the hotel, we asked to stay in the same room and either pay for an upgrade for the second night or give up on the upgraded room.We were told we can not stay in the same room and need to check out in the morning and check in again at 4 pm.No matter how many times I explained my situation, they didn't let me stay.The text morning I tried again with no luck. At 9 am, I came back from the hospital just to check out. I was very surprised when the receptionist told me I can stay at the same room no need to check out and in again. I already packed my bags and was in a hurry to go back to the hospital and asked that someone will bring my bags to the room and make sure that my medications on a small separate bag, will go to the fridge. Coming back to the hotel at 2pm and the bags weren't there.I will NEVER go back to this hotel!NEVER!!

3rd time staying - will...

Liked: Almost everything about the stay / room was great - pub and chinese on site that were lovely - had access to the observation lounge with free cereal, cakes, soft drinks.
Disliked: The bed sheets were only changed towards the end of the stay and the floor in the room wasn't swept when the room waa made up but these are small things to be honest
