Liked: Location, comfort, staff
Disliked: Netflix wouldn’t play constant buffering/ glitching. Sofa bed frame was sagging: broken

I loved almost everything about...

Liked: I loved the whole vibe. Leigh was so sweet and helpful. I loved the cleanliness and all the things in the kitchen. You need some spray to wipe down the counter tops Like a fantastic or something. Right in the middle of everything!
Disliked: Security guard! He let me walk alone oustide witgh my dog at 3am!He shoulkd have at least come to the door to watch me. There was a crazy person trying to talk to me

Fabulous hotel, awesome city.

Liked: Able to accommodate our family of 5 in one room. Offered a unique experience.In the heart of downtown. We had a great time exploring on foot.
Disliked: Our neighbors above us seemed to be running laps in their room and the floors are quite squeeky

This hotel is a true gem—beautifully restored, incredibly comfortable, and full of thoughtful details that make you feel instantly at home.The room was spotless, artfully designed, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the kitchen to the bathroom, every corner reflected care and attention. We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this one stands out as truly special.As owners of a historic bed-and-breakfast ourselves—Cypress Lodge in Canal Point, Florida (built in 1936)—we have deep appreciation for properties with character. The Windsor’s restoration is inspiring. They’ve managed to preserve the soul of a historic building while offering the comfort, beauty, and function of a luxury hotel suite.The hospitality was equally impressive—warm, professional, and genuine. You can tell that every team member cares deeply about the guest experience.Simply put, this place is worth every penny. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and eager to return. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Our stay was to short!

Not a pleasant awakening at...

Liked: The room was great ; a suite of rooms with every facility
Disliked: I was asked to sign a waiver on arrival about compensation regarding noise disturbances. I thought it was strange until 7am when I was awoken by a large vehicle emptying what sounded like industrial garbage containers including glass recycling. This went on for some time until I was absolutely wide awake. I was only there one night and to be honest I woukd have rather stayed in a less nice hotel which provided a peaceful sleep. Room 303 - don’t accept .
