Wonderful.

Liked: Location is in a lovely village. the building is historic and beautiful. The food was excellent and the friendliness, care and hopitality of the staff was outstanding - the best I've ever experienced in 60 years of travelling.
Disliked: Arrived in a heat wave and room was very hot. but the staff did all they could to cool it down.

Very good

Liked: A great pub/restaurant with a nice garden to sit in. Good food and beer and a wonderful breakfast. Room very neat and clean.
Disliked: The room was above the kitchen (noise) and had a very low door (watch your head!). Inside the room there is a green exit light burning also at night which we found disturbing. All in all a nice place but rather expensive for what you get.

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Second stay at this accomodation and as the last time it was a great and easy stay. This time got a quieter room at the back just that it was on top of the kitchen so you could hear loud music during the service time yet after the service finished it was pleasant. In general it'a a 10 start place apart from the noise insulation which could be improved. The drink and food offered in the room is super, thanks!
Disliked: The public wifi wasn't working, had to ask for thee access to the private one which then worked fine.

Would definitely stay again, lovely...

Liked: It was in a nice quiet location, with nice surroundings, unfortunately didn't have enough time to explore the area, so would maker sure to arrive earlier next time to try the food and leave later, so we could explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had an issue with the shower in the morning, the water didn't drain away and ended up partially flooding the shower room floor and then the toilet decided to block when we flushed it. Also one other quick note, which didn't bother me as much as my partner, but because it was an old building with old pipes, every time toilets were flushed in the rooms, they did make a noise.

Perfect base for a short...

Liked: Lovely 2 night stay at The Windmill, staff were all very friendly & helpful and the room was lovely with an enormous & extremely comfortable super king sized bed. Breakfast was excellent & location was great for a visit to Leeds Castle.
Disliked: Restaurant was a little pricey & gluten free options were limited but the kitchen staff did try their best to accommodate my husbands dietary requirements & the quality of the food was excellent.
