Lovely building, food reasonable but...

Liked: Lovely old building in pretty village. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: We were staying for an evening event elsewhere. Luckily we didn’t need to stay somewhere quiet as it’s a very busy pub outside and it was very noisy till late in the room as it opened straight outside to the garden area and could see daylight round it the door it shut. The room was clean but bed too firm for us .. quilt needs renewal- the quilt fibre is bunched up in places and no fibre in other places.
