Disliked: The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly - there was hair and dust over the floor and in the bath. Very narrow bath and shower curtain. Bed was two singles joined and not super comfortable.

Disliked: The room was hot, fixed by turning on AC and closing the windows.

Wondeful comfortable stay in a...

Liked: This is a lovely establishment in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and had no problem in storing our luggage when we had to travel out of town for the night before our check in. There is easy access to public transport .. being situated between two tube stations and bus stop nearby.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like aside from the fact that we only had one night there. Hopefully next time we can stay a little longer.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with everything you need ie fridge, tea & coffee making, coffee pod machine, extras to purchase in fridge and a picnic basket with little things to purchase. Great linen, very comfortable and excellent breakfast options. Rooms very quiet couldnt hear any noise from the pub section. Close to public transport and shops.
Disliked: No lifts but staff happy to take your luggage up stairs for you. Carpet in room could have been cleaner and a bit dusty under bathroom cupboard but otherwise clean.

Disliked: We had different rooms on 2 occasions. One was renovated and excellent, the other room had very stained carpet.
