Great room at great location....

Liked: Everything. Great location, rooms very comfortable and spacious and quiet. Great staff.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

Pleasant

Liked: Loved the location if you did not want to venture into London City. Nice pubs shops Thai and also Spanish Tapas Restaurant which was lovely. Breakfast great value for money.
Disliked: The hotel was lovely nice vibrant atmosphere young staff very friendly and happy however overall the hotel needs refurbishing. That said did not affect our stay.

Very comfortable room lovely decor...

Disliked: Unfortunately we were near the kitchen so when the fans were on it was noisy ( wouldn’t put me off staying again!)

Very dissatisfied and disappointed possibly...

Liked: Have stayed here twice before and would previously have recommended. On this occasion there seemed to be a lack of organisation and customer care (had to fill out registration form twice as first one went missing, no workable tv, no instant coffee). The receptionist (lady) in on Sunday pm was totally apathetic and not a good advert for this establishment in my experience.

Overall great as location is...

Liked: Great location, great brekkie, fun place.
Disliked: Rooms are getting ratty so price per room doesn’t quite match the finish of the rooms. Service at breakfast slow but excellent food. Staff at breaks fast need to keep a closer eye on people.

Very good

Liked: great location staff all wonderful especially Monty. Pub is really good the meal we had was fantastic.
Disliked: My room was next to a loud fan, but this can happen.

It was a nice place...

Liked: Great buzzing pub and our room was very quiet. Small room with nowhere to sit other than the bed which we found not conducive to a 10 night stay. The dining staff were unfriendly and we seemed to need to dust off the crumbs before sitting down. The food we had for dinner was excellent.
