Liked: CosyNice facilities and little extras in the room Staff let us leave our bags there whilst exploring which was much appreciated
Disliked: Only slight comment was how early the bar glass bin got emptied I personally wouldn’t have done it that early if I had guests in that room but only a minor point if I’m being picky

Unique hotel rooms in good...

Liked: Good location, easy access to tube stations, free parking at the rear of hotel. Cleaned daily, mini bar and snacks in room at extra costs. Coffee and tea facilities and unique room styles.
Disliked: Bathroom showing signs of age - Light out in our bathroom above mirror, and flooring raising with water. Small biscuit jar present in room but empty on arrival (in both our rooms), only one room jar filled twice during our 5 night stay - second room jar never filled. Can hear the bar noise in the Room on the front of hotel until 11pm.

Felt relaxed and at home...

Liked: The staff was so friendly. Excellent location. Within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Spacious room with lots of unique items like old telephone and radio. Books on what to do in London. Breakfast was lovely with wide variety.
Disliked: The WiFi kept disconnecting

A comfortable relaxing stay.

Liked: Very friendly staff in all areas and everything I wanted was available. Kindly printed my boarding pass for my return trip home by plane. The room was a good size and comfortable including the bed. Provided me with a ground floor room as requested when booking. Breakfast was varied and well cooked/served without delay.
Disliked: Nothing really.
