Location, comfortable and great service

Liked: Location was good and breakfast great with good selection. Not serve yourself but excellent quality,variety and service.
Disliked: Ground floor room was on street level very close to street so privacy and noise need to be aware of. In Saying that it was very quiet during our stay. Have to be very careful getting out of shower as it is in a very high bath.

Nice but room was too...

Liked: The property was close to Victoria Station and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was very small as was the bathroom. Breakfast was the same menu of limited items everyday.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was great, and everything was very clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast: if booking via booking.com then one had to pay supplements for half the menu. Quite unfortunate given this is only made aware on the spot.

Expensive 4-Star, More Guesthouse Than...

Liked: The highlight was the reception décor, complete with an improvised corner shop. A feature worthy of a family-run guesthouse, yet advertised as a 4-star hotel
Disliked: “Breakfast worthy of a £220-a-night 4-star hotel: one sad slice of toast, scrambled eggs and a bathroom the size of a broom cupboard. More B&B than 4-star.

Fantastic

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.The service at breakfast was excellent, we were waited on and it was lovely home cooked food with choices.
Disliked: The only slight criticism was as we were downstairs the room above was noisy walking around and went on for a while. I don’t know if we were just unlucky with who was above us.
