Nice but room was too...
Liked: The property was close to Victoria Station and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was very small as was the bathroom. Breakfast was the same menu of limited items everyday.

Pleasant
Liked: Location was great, and everything was very clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast: if booking via booking.com then one had to pay supplements for half the menu. Quite unfortunate given this is only made aware on the spot.

Expensive 4-Star, More Guesthouse Than...
Liked: The highlight was the reception décor, complete with an improvised corner shop. A feature worthy of a family-run guesthouse, yet advertised as a 4-star hotel
Disliked: “Breakfast worthy of a £220-a-night 4-star hotel: one sad slice of toast, scrambled eggs and a bathroom the size of a broom cupboard. More B&B than 4-star.

Fantastic
Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.The service at breakfast was excellent, we were waited on and it was lovely home cooked food with choices.
Disliked: The only slight criticism was as we were downstairs the room above was noisy walking around and went on for a while. I don’t know if we were just unlucky with who was above us.

Liked: Once again- the very best sleep ever. Lovely comfortable room. No outside noise whatsoever. Location is a quiet residential area. Perfect all round.

An amazing sleep in a...
Liked: Although a small double room, the bed was so comfortable and good A/C. My partner is in a critical state in hospital with leukaemia and this was the first time I slept through the night in nine weeks. Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of staff on hand to assist and cater for all your needs. I will return next week.
