Nice clean hotel shame about...

Liked: Hotel is clean and staff friendly, close to Victoria station. The rooms are nice.
Disliked: One of the reasons I booked this hotel was as breakfast was included but I couldn’t have breakfast due to it not being available until cooked breakfast 7:45 despite it saying online that breakfast from 7:30. This was disappointing as too late for me to get to work commitments. I ended up having to go to a Wetherspoons for breakfast which was underwhelming as you can imagine. 7:45is quite late for London on a week day. Hotel is quite noisy, lots of noise from rooms above, can hear talking clearly. Single glazed windows mean you can hear busy traffic passing and also people walking past. If you’re staying here take earplugs. I’m a light sleeper so always pack mine but I would have been screwed without them

Liked: Ambience, comfort of bed & nicely appointed room. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a good selection. Have stayed here several times & I was remembered which made it feel like home from home.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were very helpful and breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was in a quiet area and close to Victoria train station.
Disliked: No dislikes

Liked: The hotel is family owned, and it’s obvious that they take great pride in it. The location is great- within walking distance to Victoria Station. There are also many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and they provide an early breakfast upon request. The room was well-appointed and comfortable.
Disliked: There truly was nothing we didn’t like!

Liked: Really friendly staff, excellent and hearty breakfast options included, great location and good value for money.
Disliked: The room was bog standard and a little tired in places, but clean and comfortable. Plus there was no remote for the air con, so no way to control temperature (luckily this was a mild spring night).
