Great place, perfect location, lovely...
Liked: Great breakfast and perfect location, a 10 minute walk into the city
Disliked: I think a water filter or bottled water for making drinks in the room as the water made a scum on the tea. I think they must use a filter in the kitchen as the breakfast tea was lovely. Just a small suggestion, as everything else was great.

Perfection, 100% recommend
Liked: Literally couldn’t fault it, 10/10. Modern decor, comfy bed, clean bathroom, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast, perfect location!
Disliked: Maybe a slightly bigger portion for the cooked breakfast but I’m being picky

Throughly enjoyable stay.
Liked: Lovely B and B with very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast and little treats left in room each day.Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and modern decor. Twin room at back so quiet for sleeping. Short walk from Canterbury East station and 15-20 mins walk to town centre. Highly recommended.

Top Quality B&B in Canterbury
Liked: We loved our room. It was #6 on the top floor, overlooking the street. It was very cozy, had enough space to move around, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and the shower was roomy with nice water pressure. Even with the heatwave in Canterbury, there is a large oscillating fan in the room with an additional bedside fan to keep the room cool. The breakfast part of the B&B was excellent. The space was roomy and bright with so much natural light from the front windows. The menu had options such as Full English Breakfast, French Toast, or a continental breakfast with coffee, croissants, cereal, toast, etc. Of course, you could mix and match, which the hosts were happy to accommodate. The portions were the perfect size and the food was excellent. The hosts were wonderful. They were very polite, friendly, and accommodating, and they made you feel right at home. We enjoyed our conversations with them during our stay. The location is excellent. It's on a main road just outside Canterbury's city center, so it was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Canterbury. The B&B is also only a 5-minute walk to one of England's top-rated craft breweries - FLOC - which we really enjoyed and ended up there a couple of times. Definitely worth a visit if you like beer.We highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay again in the future.
