Value for money and telephone...

Liked: The location and convenience of check in and check out was fab. I never met any staff. Very good value for money for location.
Disliked: I couldn't get shower to work properly, it was firstly nuclear hot and when I figured out how to change the temperature it went icy cold! At least it woke me up. A sign saying how to use it would have helped :-) The pillows were very large and pretty hard. I prefer softer thinner ones, but perhaps that's personal preference. Maybe you could put some alternatives in wardrobe?

Good location

Liked: The bed is awful with sort of whole in a mattress which caused me to terrible pain in both hips. Mattress should be changed to the new one as it is so used so no one should sleep on it

Disliked: No staff onsite.I was woken at 5am by somebody shouting and banging on the door opposite my room.For the shower to be hot the pressure was low. The bed was too soft and there were different types of insects appearing on the sheets
