Liked: The location was good, close to the buses and trams. The breakfasts were very good and the staff were very helpful, even carried our bags up to our room on arrival and when we left they carried them back to the car for us which has never happened before wherever we have stayed in Blackpool so that was a nice gesture.
Disliked: I would say the bed could have been a bit comfier, it also had a plastic sheet underneath the usual sheet and every time I moved it made a noise and just didn't feel right.

A pleasant and comfortable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was good and nicely served. The location is not the best but people know that before they book. It is made better by the fact that it is close to Wilton Parade tram station.
Disliked: For the price that I paid this hotel has no basic weakness, it does what it says on the tin. I would book this hotel again in the future.
