Never again stay here

Liked: Guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: 1) Very noisy.2) Had to leave the window open for ventilation.3) Flooring uneven and a trip hazard in one specific part.4) Fault codes were visible on the fire alarm system.5) The bathroom door was catching on the floor, so it only opened halfway.6) The bathroom was dirty with easily removable limescale, if regularly cleaned.7) Water was dripping during the night, and a pool of water had appeared on the bathroom floor by morning.8) Only three parking spaces, which apparently have to be pre-booked.

Disliked: On arrival it was clear that the building was in the middle of a upgrade,(scaffolding)however the rooms allocated to us was so small I hesitate to call it "a room" there was no room to move,or even pass each other,the bed only just fitted between the walls and if I had been a bit taller my feet would have had to rest on the window sill, the shower had a hole in the floor and there is nowhere to even hang your cloths in we ended hanging our coats on the door closer, the telly vision did not work as there was no signal ??? parking out side equates to 2 small parking spaces and there is a charge of £20 per 24 hour period...very expensive as it's free across the road (local time restrictions )next to the biffa bins great if you don't mind seagulls pooing on your car, oh!,,,but only if there is room. Some people would say it was only £49 what do you expect ,,,but this property has been converted with greed in mind considering there is at least ten rooms in the house, and the day before I stayed in a hotel for £55 breakfast included.
