Worst place I?ve ever stayed...

Liked: I arrived late at this property as my daughter was admitted into the hospital nearby and it was unexpected stay. When looking at the photos and location I thought it was the perfect place as local to where she was.
Disliked: I couldn?t get in to the property at first as when ringing the door, no one answered. I was told they where open till 11pm and I was there at least 40 minutes before this and still I stood outside for a while. After calling several numbers someone answered who didn?t speak very good English. Immediately when walking into the hotel I could smell a musky odour and it didn?t look very nice, but it was late and I was tired and knew this was only for one night due to being local for my daughter in hospital. When I went into the single room, the bed sheets where dirty, stains in the bathroom, broken window and blind, stains on the tv area and broken tv. I was disgusted at the room, it was cold and smelled awful. Not being local and as it was late I didn?t have any choice where to go as I didn?t have my car. I had to sleep in my coat sitting on bed , I felt I seen every hour and I checked out around 6am as I couldn?t stand to be there any longer. I did complain and sent photos to booking.com the place didn?t offer refund and refused to comment. Please avoid this hotel nothing like photos and I?ve never left a bad review working in the customer based industry I know you can?t please everyone but this place was disgusting.
