A home from home

Liked: This bed and breakfast is a wee gem! The owners were friendly and very helpful. The location is a short walk from Church Station and a perfect spot for sampling the finest that The Castro area has to offer. A lovely continental breakfast is provided to set you up for the day. There is access to the kitchen facilities if you so wish to use. The staff work really hard to keep the place spotlessly clean. From speaking to other guests, people come back to stay - I can see why!
Disliked: Nothing really to add in this section - I didn't mind but perhaps it is worth noting that showers/toilets are shared but you do have a sink in your room.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Perfect place to sleep when in San Francisco. Near a supermarket and close to a busstop that takes you to the Pier. Good breakfast. Although the bathroom is shared it was very clean.
Disliked: Our room was extremely hot but that was because of a heatwave.

We loved how quiet it...

Liked: I did think when my son & I were told by innkeeper there would be a variety of dishes at breakfast it would include more hot ones. The toaster for bagels & such was good but there wasn't anything beyond that. There was not much protein but I respect a proprietary decision if one is a vegetarian.
Disliked: The #1 reason we chose Willows is because it advertised AC. The room was comfortable enough but not to the standard I was expecting.
