Liked: Location only
Disliked: The only positives were the location and the polite receptionist. Everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely small and not worth the price paid. Many stairs to reach the room. The TV didn’t work and was dangerously hanging by a single screw with an exposed cable. The coffee table was dirty, and the bathroom was so small that water temperature couldn’t be adjusted — it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Behind the TV was thick dust, and the remote control was filthy with food stuck to it. We couldn’t sleep all night and left earlier than planned.

Liked: Very Central and easy to find
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like. Good value for money.

A well located but slightly...

Liked: Great location in the heart of Kemptown and very close to the seafront.
Disliked: You could tell the hotel had just repainted all the ceilings and wood panelling, but if only they had just gone that little bit further this could be a great little boutique hotel. But it is let down with the detail.
