The Willows Hotel

I would book a room here again. Very friendly and comfy place!

Liked: Everything else! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and comfortable!
Disliked: Wish they had more free parking.

We loved the hotel, but within 45 minutes of each other two different employees just walked in to our room. Luckily it wasn't at an inopportune moment. We told the front desk and all that was said was "sorry". Would have loved to give 5 stars, but this tainted the stay. Breakfast also lacked a lot for the class of the rest of the hotel.

Loved the hotel - the area was great - lots of places to walk. The staff were helpful, friendly and quite nice. Would recommend it to others!

A Pride Parade Layover

Liked: I stayed here to be near the Pride Parade a half block away. The hotel was very convenient. Too, the hotel was very comfortable for post-parade regrouping.

Overall, a clean safe place...

Liked: Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and parking. Exterior and lobby very well kept. Very nice decor in lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed , although small, was comfortable.
Disliked: $400 for a 10x 12 room with a full size bed was not what I was expecting from this boutique hotel. The hallways were extremely dark. It would be nice if there were grab bars in shower so nobody slips and falls. Water pressure in shower could be better. No coffee in room.

Liked: The location. There are lots of convenient restaurants and shops around. Plus, it’s in walking distance to the lake.
Disliked: The queen bed nearest the bathroom was extremely saggy and should be replaced.
