The Willows Hotel

I would book a room here again. Very friendly and comfy place!

Liked: Everything else! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and comfortable!
Disliked: Wish they had more free parking.

We loved the hotel, but within 45 minutes of each other two different employees just walked in to our room. Luckily it wasn't at an inopportune moment. We told the front desk and all that was said was "sorry". Would have loved to give 5 stars, but this tainted the stay. Breakfast also lacked a lot for the class of the rest of the hotel.

Loved the hotel - the area was great - lots of places to walk. The staff were helpful, friendly and quite nice. Would recommend it to others!

Liked: The location is great. The building itself is very appealing.
Disliked: There was a mild mildew smell in the hallway. We had to keep the blinds closed due to the proximity to a parking garage and apart building.

Liked: The location is great. Close to many restaurants and the lake. Located on a quiet street. The staff was so kind and answered all question immediately. They were always ready to help kept the lobby clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean.
