Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Limited pool access for hotel guests even though several seats were open for the duration of the day

Liked: Very comfortable room and I loved the spacious balcony!
Disliked: The outdoor pool, you have to reserve a space, very annoying.

Great hotel experience, would definitely...

Liked: The William Vale is really a beautiful, well appointed hotel. Room temperature was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, the views from the balcony are amazing and perhaps most importantly, my wife, and I both agreed that the shower was probably the best we ever experienced in our lives.

Not worth the rate you...

Liked: Good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: The rooftop bar is overrun by non-guests. With what you charge per night, I didn’t expect the significant younger crowd to pour into the hotel. Why pay so much if it’s not a more exclusive. A shame.

It was nice but it...

Liked: Our room view wasn't great, but it was comfortable. We didn' t use any other services since there are so many stores and cafes in the area. The coffee machines in the room are ridiculously small!
Disliked: I don't like having to download and look up everything for the hotel instead of having something in writing in the room.
