The William Fell Baltimore Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Probably the best place to stay in Baltimore - so close to everything. Front desk took care of us with switching around a room - top notch all the way around. Will be probably only staying there from now on.

Liked: Clean room and pleasant staff.
Disliked: No option for parking unless you paid 60.00 for valet or a pay to park parking garage. Wi-Fi is only free if you sign up for the Hilton Rewards Program. After the amount we paid for a one night stay it was discouraging to find out that there would be additional costs for the parking and wi-fi, when it states parking on site and free wi-fi.

Perfect location for walking around...

Liked: Location, comfort, value
Disliked: No pool, valet parking is pricey, needs better soundproofing/blackout curtains for windows, needs a dedicated lounge space with comfortable couches and furniture in their tavern with the bar—not just tables and chairs by the bar.

Lovely stay at charming hotel...

Liked: The hotel is extremely charming and the location is great. Fell's Point is a lovely neighborhood by the harbor with lots of cute restaurants, bars, shops, etc. nearby. The hotel decor is beautiful and makes if feel like a special, historical yet updated space. We loved the 24 hour coffee and tea bar in the lobby! It feels like a boutique hotel despite being part of Hilton, and the customer service is excellent.
Disliked: We had one minor issue, but staff handled it immediately. We returned to our room with the ceiling in the bathroom leaking - it seemed like another guest had accidentally left the water running or something because the facilities all seemed fine. They immediately moved us to a comparable room and the customer service was great. There isn't any overnight parking nearby so you will have to pay to valet your car at $50/night, but we expected this.

We enjoyed our stay.
