excellent facilities great food - dont book on a busy night!

Liked: Breakfast and evening meal were very good (quality of food) we had an amazing suite with separate beroom, lounge and kitchen service for an early breakfast was very helpful on a sunday morning with excellent service
Disliked: Oue evening meal - the quality of the food was letdown by the service. Ony one of the servers really knew what they were doing - the restaurent service caved under the pressure of a busy dining room and became very poor. It was sad because it let down the food itself was very tasty

Liked: Wonderful place, beautiful setting, amazing food, excellent staff. Seriously could not fault the place. Cant wait for the reopening next year.

Amazing location but begging for a full refit

Liked: Excellent location, very good Sunday Roast and breakfast. Staff were great if not a bit tired at the end of the season.
Disliked: Building is end of life and needs a complete refit/significant improvement rooms have single glazing lots of moisture on inside of windows damp feeling in rooms felt old, cold and tired.
