Cheap accommodation , but worst...

Liked: After changing rooms IManaged to get a hot shower . That’s about all I liked . One member of staff until 8:30 then no staff present
Disliked: Pretty much everything . I guess if one booked for location then that may be ok but that’s not why I booked

Awful.

Liked: The location of the hotel was well situated to get to the pier and shops. Good shower.
Disliked: The hotel was in a very poor condition. We only stayed one night and then left because it was in such a dire way. Mould on the walls in the bathroom and on the net curtains, peeling wallpaper, damp smell as soon as you walk into the room (and it was not possible to open the windows). Also, there was no breakfast available although this was advertised on the listing, and there was no access to the bar/lounge area (this was locked) and so we were stuck in the room when we were looking forward to using these facilities.

Isle of white great, lots...

Liked: Matt proprietor friendly when i was able to contact him.
Disliked: Arrived late from Birmingham to Isle of Wight so tired on arrival. I arrived and no one on reception desk to welcome me at 5pm. I had to ring mobile number outside to speak to Matt proprietor, who said someone would be around to let me in! Not the welcome I would have expected. I was then given a key from another man. I went to room and no toilet paper or soap in bathroom on arrival, so I had to ask staff in front of bar and ask for toilet paper. Not appropriate. i was then given one small bar of soap and x2 toilet rolls for a x5 day stay. Then, I went for a drink, in bar, bar closed at 7.30pm.The following evening, I went out for a meal, returning alone to my hotel at 8pm not late and the keys I had been given did not work and I could not get in. If it was not for a person coming out of property at time, I would have been there a while. Furthermore, on day of departure, no one there to discuss my concerns with, I had to ring the proprietor again who said that someone would come down to store my bags somewhere, whilst i went for breakfast. It was a different man again that moved my bags. This did not feel consistent or good.
