All in all this place...

Liked: Everything! The staff were wonderful and the suite was beautiful with a beautiful view. Even breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the 18th floor wasn’t accessible during our stay since it was part of our suite perks and we weren’t able to enjoy it.

Great customer service and location

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the beds were so comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been a little more clean. Also the pool had hair everywhere, even in the oil (pet peeve of mine). Especially since it was only 2 people in the pool area.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not...

Disliked: This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Despite multiple requests at check-out, via email, and through Booking.com messages, I still have not received my invoice — even after a full week. No one has responded to my messages.The room was noticeably dirtier than what the website photos showed, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the valet service is outrageously expensive and not worth the cost.There are many other beautiful and well-managed hotels in Buckhead — I strongly recommend choosing one of those instead.
