Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.

Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

Liked: Loved the breakfast, rooms were very comfortable. This is my favorite hotel here in Chicago

Liked: Great area, staff was great and complementary breakfast was extremely helpful.
Disliked: It was dark , when we requested for our room to be serviced ; the service was horrible. The bed was made but sheets were not changed and toiletries were not replenished, we had to ask for towels and soap daily.
