Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.

Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

Liked: Rice Krispies for breakfast! No honestly, I just love them and was delighted to find them there. The breakfast buffet was nice overall, lots of choices.

Convenient location and overall nice...

Liked: The room was nice and spacious, great location and good breakfast
Disliked: No way to block the sunlight in the early morning , missing microwave in the kitchen
