Not impressed. Would not spend the money to stay there again.

Liked: The doormen and the bellboy were pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel for the most part was pleasant and pretty.
Disliked: Could not get into our rooms until 4:30. Check in was at 3pm. It stressed out my daughter because we were needing to get ready and eat and make it to her first concert at 6:00pm, a 15 minute cab ride away. The phone was broken, so I could never talk to the front desk without going downstairs. The faucet on the tub fell off in my hand, so I had to fix it repeatedly and had no time for someone to fix it since we were already running late.

Liked: The staff was really friendly, location was perfect and really close to everything.
Disliked: Breakfast needs more organization, more variety and better coocked eggs. My room was okay, bed was really comfortable, but the lightning needed to be fixed, lamps didn't work and many of the facilities in my room were really outdated.

Disliked: The woman at reception initially gave us a smaller room, even though we had paid for a larger, more expensive one. We had to return to reception and ask her to double-check our booking. She didn’t apologize at all. Instead, she said, “Oh, you booked through Booking.com—I’ll talk to them about that. Tell him to leave that room,” referring to my husband. That’s how she informed us that we would be moved to the room we had actually paid for. Very rude.There were no bathrobes or slippers provided in the room. Additionally, there was only one set of toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash—for two people.
